If you would like to exchange or return a product

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging it arrived in.

Customized Orders

Customized orders cannot be exchanged or returned, unless there is a defect or an error occurred on our part.

Shipping cost

If the exchange or return is due to a change of mind, the shipping cost will be borne by you. However, if the problem is from us, we will bear the full cost. 💗
